4. Transactions, Deliveries, and Finality

Due to the digital nature of our products, all completed trades are strictly final. Once a virtual item or currency has been successfully delivered to the provided account or character, the transaction cannot be reversed.

MajorYang holds no liability for actions taken by game administrators (such as account suspensions, bans, or currency removals) following a completed delivery. No compensation or refunds will be provided in such events.

5. Refund & Dispute Policy

Refunds may only be requested before the digital goods have been delivered. Once the delivery process is finalized, all sales are absolute.

Initiating unauthorized chargebacks, disputes, or payment reversals after receiving the goods is considered fraudulent. Such actions will result in an immediate and permanent ban from our network, and we reserve the right to report the incident to relevant payment gateways and authorities.
